Re: Collection pics
Wow this is impressive. My Neo Geo stuff comprises a NGPC with maybe 16-20 cartridges (only about a third of which are complete), I'm not sure I've ever seen such a complete AES collection.

Really!? If i remember correctly, JPN and EU NGPC software came in those awesome shock box like cases where American software came in fragile cardboard boxes with the exception of a few launch titles that were exclusively distributed by eToys (an online retail business in the US).
Oh! and sweet collection SNK collector.
Some of the JPN games ended up with cardboard, such as cotton

Awesome collection! Always fun to see a neo collection beyond the normal commons!
Re: Collection pics
I'm not sure since I haven't been in the scene for a while but are those both AES and MVS games. The shockboxes look different from each other.

Nope, they're all AES games.
Early AES games got the soft case, later AES games got the hard clamshell case with the latch. The clamshell cases are slightly taller and slightly fatter. You can see it by looking at KoF '94 (softshell) next to KoF '98 (hardshell).
So yes, the shockboxes look different from each other because they ARE different from each other.

Hey guys, it's been a while. I'm updating to show some new stuff that I got.

First, the AES games. Clockwise, from top:
Top Hunter: Roddy & Cathy
Samurai Shodown V Special (Unfixed)
Sengoku 3

Now on to Neo Geo Pocket Color stuff:
Card Fighters' Clash (Capcom)
Card Fighters' Clash (SNK)
Dark Arms
Neo 21
Been having a blast buying all of this stuff!

I'll just hold up a sign on a street corner saying "WANTED: Used Car. Will trade AES carts."

Re: Collection pics
Wow. You really got a USA Samurai Shodown 5 AES, unfixed? Isn't that one of the rarest and most expensive video games ever? I didn't even know that game came out outside of Japan.
