I don't think SSF4 and AE are compatible online, but I might be wrong.

there is a PSN (store) kit upgrade so SSF4 owners can play with AE players. so yes, your wrong. however AE players can't use the additional characters they have against SSF4 players.

I still need to get SF3TSOE one of these days, though I worry I won't enjoy it as much as Second Impact. Lately I have been on a Soul Calibur and KoF kick. I think I just street fightered myself out.

i got burn out too on SSF4 a few months back, but like every retro games i've played i always go back. don't worry bro, will get some KoF action soon.

i also like 2nd Impact, but from some "opinion" out there the first two were more like BETA's and Third Strike is the finish product. that's probably why, but i wouldn't rule out on them not coming on PSN (or 360) since we do have a lot of KoF version available in PSN store.
