The Saturn mode has no real hentai, but a lot of voice acting that would make you blush. Its the most toned down version, but playwise is by far the best.
There was an unliscensed mega drive called Divine Sealing that was hentai, but the game is near unplayable from the videos I've seen.
But yeah, Steam Hearts on the saturn is good fun
