$20 isn't bad - heard Kingdom Hearts will use this also.
Curious how bulky this feels with the attachment.

Bulky enough to make the 3DS no longer fit in your pocket. On the bright side, this may solve the problem of cramped hands for Mario Kart 7. Having to hold down 3 buttons with your right hand while you play that game is very uncomfortable.retrosportsgamer wrote:$20 isn't bad - heard Kingdom Hearts will use this also.

3 buttons? You do know that you can do items with the L button, right?Inazuma wrote:Bulky enough to make the 3DS no longer fit in your pocket. My god that additional stick looks horrendous. The GS exclusivity sucks too, same thing is happening with Xenoblade which bothers me. I'll wait until there's a hardware update with dual sticks built in before I drop any money on a 3DS I think. Glad I waited.
Also I have a friend who works at that GS. I'll ask him for the guy's name next time I see him and I'll fill out a feedback form.
@CRT: The GS where I argued with the manager has stopped carrying PS2 games and their GC selection is pitiful, so I wouldn't doubt that we'll start seeing PS2 and GC gone in more stores. Soon used PSP games will be the only reason to go into GS anymore, for me at least.

I find that it's harder to hold down L than X, because of the steering with the slide pad. Maybe I should try to adjust to it. It's very hard to hold down both A and X at the same time too.MrPopo wrote:3 buttons? Either way, I don't like it. I wish all items acted like the multiple banana item. The first time you press the item button, it holds it behind you, and the second time you press the button, it actually uses it.

Has Nintendo made any agreements with Gamestop? All these Gamestop exclusives lately and also on Nintendo Week they have been mentioning Gamestop as a place to buy their products and then just adding and other retailers.

generally big companies don't just casually name-drop other big companies just to be nice. I'm guessing it's a safe bet that money has exchanged hands.pepharytheworm wrote:Has Nintendo made any agreements with Gamestop? So remember the travesty that was Gamestop trashing all PS2 cases and manuals? (of course you all do!)
Well, I went into my local Gamestop to pick up a copy of DigDug: Digging Strike for DS tonight on the way home from some errands.
Gamestop is now discarding and junking ALL used Nintendo DS cases and manuals in order to make room for the 3DS library!!
I explicitly told the employee how I felt about it - about how disrespectful it is to toss out 2/3 of the very merchandise their company makes their biggest margin on. Luckily, the salesperson was very compassionate to my outrage and agreed with me on all points, and he even offered to check in the back and at nearby stores to see if there were any copies of my game with the box and manual for me.
But still, this bullshit needs to stop! I know this subject has been beaten to death on this thread, but now that they're doing this on another system, it just proves that Gamestop doesn't give a damn about what the "Players" want.
:sigh: Next stop - eBay...

yeah someone else mentioned this too. It makes no sense to me since DS is still a current system with new games being released.Rurouni_Fencer wrote: Gamestop is now discarding and junking ALL used Nintendo DS cases and manuals in order to make room for the 3DS library!!

Re: Is Gamestop Evil? The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
not to mention that the 3DS library consists of a whopping total of, what, like 30 games???
Seriously, it takes up the same amount of space as a loaf of bread..
