Platinum Games is now directing MGS Rising

I know there are a few MGS fans on here, this is pretty great news. I had very little interest in MGS Rising, mainly due to Kojima not being involved, but a Metal Gear title in the hands of Platinum? Count me in.

edit: Got a link for the new trailer, I must say it looks very nice. Better than the old stuff we saw.

I don't care for Metal Gear, but since Platinum Games are making it, I'll buy it. Vanquish and Bayonetta are awesome.

Vanquish and Bayonetta are awesome so I'm excited to see another game from Platinum Games!! 8)

Well I like MGS series,but I was a bit iffy when i heard platium was making this one but after watching the trailer it looks pretty awesome :D.

As a hardcore Metal Gear fan, I can honestly say I'm loving this. It's not supposed to be tactical espionage action, so there's no reason to complain. It's lightning bolt action, and who better to handle that than Shinji Mikami?
