The company that made Metro is made up of several devs who left GSC shortly before the first STALKER shipped. So Metro Last Light would be unaffected by this.

But this announcement makes me a saaaad panda.

Alright, I've seen two possible things that could be happening:

1. This is actually real.

2. This is a PR stunt, and by "closing their doors", it means they're opening a new office.
