According to Wired magazine, it looks like Mr. Miyamoto is going to focus on other properties and relax on future major projects for Nintendo?
My question is will this affect the quality of Wii U and 3DS first party titles?

Re: videogame article dump thread
That was an incredibly lame article. They basically just typed "weird controller" into GIS and posted 20 of them or something. It isn't that hard to find out that the one is a Famicom pachinko controller and the N64 Super Pad? Best replacement for a N64 controller I've used. Real potentiometer analog and no hand shuffle to switch analog to D-pad.flojocabron wrote:http://gammasquad.uproxx.com/2011/12/th ... ers#page/1

Re: videogame article dump thread
one more for the fans of failed systems.
press the buttons has an article that links to 1up that talks about some of our fave failed systems of the late 80's and 90's.
http://www.pressthebuttons.com/2011/12/ ... stems.html
Its an article that can generate lots of talk here about where the specific system went wrong. Whether lack of mascot, support or failed timing.
go ahead and have a read

Re: videogame article dump thread
You really end up feeling sorry for NEC, Atari, and Sega for what could have been and laughing at Nintendo through that article. Of all the "failed systems", I would really have liked to see Saturn and Dreamcast succeed, but I wouldn't ever want a Virtual Boy, not even for the nostalgia factor (I had one back the day).

Re: videogame article dump thread
This is um, related because people might be buying games there. Yeah, that's it.
Man, I stopped there the other weekend and it was pretty nutty, but damn. Open until Christmas!
