Wouldn't know if this is considered a high quality arcade stick or not, I paid good money for it, but compared to going to an actual arcade, it feels different still because the buttons feel spread apart and I'm not used to playing this type of game with this stick. ( I probably would adjust playing the other ones like X-men Children of the Atom, Marvel Super Heroes, X-MEn vs Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter, Marvel vs Capcom 1 & 2 better because I played all of those at the arcade ) but the controls of setting up combos for this game is completely different and so is the button layout. Regardless, this looks 100% awesome to play some Resident Evil with =)!!!

Oh jeez those things are terrible. They don't last cuz the parts are cheap. My friend bought one, 2 buttons stopped springing back up. He sent it to Madcatz for repair and they once agin fucked up in a month. Well hopefully you didn't pay very much for it. I woulda suggest a QamBa stick! Just got mine for 140 bucks! So worth it! This baby works with PS3 Xbox360 and PC right out the box! ;)

I've been thinking about investing in an arcade stick recently, too. Probably won't have the spare money until after the holidays, but I've had my eye on two particular sticks.

The Qanba Q4. I've only heard good things about this one and it's dual-modded out of the box. Which isn't a big deal since I do most of my fighting on PS3, but nice to have the option.

The HitBox. The 4 buttons instead of a stick looks very promising once you get the hang of using it. It's only for PS3/PC at the moment though.

I don't think they're terrible. Got mine for $35. Never had a problem with it. I like the size of it. Works for me.

Eh, if the buttons do start going bad you can just replace them yourself with better ones, no big deal.

I wouldnt call the MadCatz stick awful, but the OP way overpaid for it. Should be 50 at most. not over 80.

Should be even less IMO considering the questionable parts. Although I'll admit it's a great case if one chooses to mod it with sanwa or seimitsu parts. Great for travel purposes

Not to revive this thread but if you plan on getting serious with the stick.. Purchase and octo gate arcade stick.. You will have to adjust, but in the end I think it would be worth it..
