Bone's Deez Game Room

Post by BoneSnapDeez »

I finally have a game room! Let me explain: for the past year and a half my game room has also doubled as a bedroom. So the 500-ish games and 20+ systems had to share space with all of my dressers, books, hanging dress shirts, etc. It wasn’t a pretty sight. I recently moved all my clothes and books to a spare bedroom so now I have space to dedicate a room solely to gaming and entertainment. I haven't been collecting long and I know my stuff pales into comparison to what most posters here have, but it's a good start. Here we go:

View from the door.

Controllers and other stuff are in this four-drawer bureau.

I currently have six consoles under the CRT (not all hooked up). I know this picture sucks, the “dark” systems are a PS2 and PC Engine Duo. This TV looks creepy with that fuzz.

Yeah I store games in an antique hutch.

Of course I don’t have room to hook up everything, these systems are just chillax0ring.

Games!!!!!!

Manga.

CD collection with some anime in the closet. The right rack has a design flaw so I wasn’t able to attach the second-to-bottom shelf. The left rack I found on the side of the road. 8)

More consoles.

State of the art gaming computer… used mostly for emulating 16 bit games.

PS3 or PC Engine?

And that’s it for now! It’s nice to finally have some space…

Is that an FS120? I think I have the exact same TV tucked away in my closet right now. Nice to see people keeping their tube TV's around for the older stuff.

Awesome room man! I have a question: is that white Saturn controller one of those for PC?

@Johnny

It's a Wega, not sure about the exact model. Great television, picked it up at Goodwill a couple of weeks back.

I think it awesome,
the best collections arent of Mass and Value, but with pride and love (games you enjoy too).
I cherish my copy of Young Merlin as to opposed to my one week affair with Beyond Shadowgate..So dont be down on yourself opposed to other collections, theres some ballers out there but dosent mean they enjoy their collections.

Yeah, it's a G-Tron USB PC controller made in the style of Sega Saturn controller. I use it for Saturn, Genesis, and 3DO emulation. I wouldn't recommend it though, as it's kind of cheap and flimsy.

The box is awesome, it says "For HARCDORE Retro Gamers."

That tall shelve in corner looks very familiar! That's the same spot I put my PS1 games as well.
