Ive done alot of street pass and found that with a friend you could get a panel that they did not have if you had alot of the same panels. Meaning, if both of you had all the outside panels, you would get a random inside one. I imagine that will be the case with these, OR you will unlock them via Find Mii.

I am glad they added more to Find Mii, I have finished the castle four or five times now (still missing a hat though).

How are you missing a hat in Find Mii? After two runs you should have all of the original ones :S.

I dont know how I am missing a hat, I guess just bad luck with it. Im working on my third play through right now - going to get the 5 for the achievement. By the end of next year I should have all of the achievements but the 777.

I'm pretty sure the hats aren't random, everyone I know got the same hats on the same levels.

How many achievements do you have atm? I have 27, but where I am at the mnute is rubbish for streetpasses. I got lots of them at the zelda sytmphony though.

That puzzle thing is kinda cool I guess, I was a bit concerned if I'd ever get those pink pieces if they had to be spread via people who got them randomly only.

I got the 10 countries one, and I just need to find a Welsh person to get all the regions for my country (there's only 4 in the UK regions though, so its not very hard compared to the states). I got 99 streetpasses in one day, so I was one off of 100. I actually got 102 when I was out that night, but 3 fell after midnight, so it didnt count ¬_¬.

Living in New York makes the country related achievements impossible. I got one tag from Canada... and that's it. I doubt I'll be traveling internationally any time soon, and the chances of any foreigner coming to the suburbs I live in while carrying their 3DS are even slimmer.

On the other hand a trip into NYCity and Times Square is highly likely to throw up a bunch of streetpasses, quite possibly from tourists :S. If anything, I would say you're in a good position to get some foreign streetpasses.

I got 170 street passes at one fan convention. Granted it was Dragoncon with over 50k in attendance.

The hat I was missing was the Yellow Pikmin hat, which I got when I finished up my run of Find Mii so I could start the new one.
