yes, its true, the original XBOX is getting a new major release this august 12, its going to be Madden 09 !!

yea, i know you sport haters want to chop my head off for posting this, but us sports game lovers this is definitely major!

I guess if it's like last year; we can also expect a port on the Gamecube. I really don't consider Madden a major release anymore, especially it's the same damn game each time with no major innovation and slightly altered rosters; just because it's the only game in town shouldn't be an excuse to be lazy.
