Other than football, I can't get on board with any of this. I very rarely ever watch Sportscenter anymore as I can gather more information with 10 minutes on espn.com than I can in 60-90 minutes of the super-repetitive Sportscenter. Also: too many commercials.Luke wrote: Sportscenter (a daily staple)
Fashion Police (watch it sometime. It's basically a roast lead by Joan Rivers, and once a week)
The Soup
Outside the Lines
The Sports Reporters (best show on espn, imo)
Sopranos
Sopranos again

Football (two games with pip)
More Football
Some more football and perhaps the Walking Dead (as long as it's not another episode of two guys crying for an hour).
I don't find Joan Rivers funny, and that show sounds like my worst nightmare. I also have never understood the appeal of The Soup, as it is basically just bad jokes about bad celebrity news and gossip or TV/movies that I don't care about. Gag me.
I like Sports Reporters and sometimes like OTL, but again I find that there are far too many commercials, and I find that the web generally offers more information in a fraction of the time. I probably watch 3-4 hours in total of non-game programming on ESPN during most weeks, and it tends to be on Monday/Tuesday to hear people argue about what happened over the weekend (I prefer PTI/ATH or First Take) or on Friday to hear them debate what will be happening the coming weekend.
I can't get on board with watching what I assume are the basic cable airings of The Sopranos. I watched the whole run when it was on HBO (it was once part of my Sunday TV routine - in the days before DVRs), and it is one of my all time favorite shows. I have tried, but can't sit through even 10 minutes of the butchered and censored version of the show. Also, too many commercials. Deplorable.
The Walking Dead is on the "to watch" list, but I am guessing I probably won't sit down to do so until late Spring/early Summer.
My Sunday TV schedule:
8am-10am- Sesame Street/ other educational TV while I do chores
10am-1pm - none
1pm-7:30pm- Cowboys game for one time slot, Red Zone channel for the other
8-11pm - Sunday night football, if I care about the game...otherwise I might watch stuff from the week that I didn't watch live (e.g. The Office, Bored to Death). Sometimes I'll watch Boardwalk Empire live if I get caught up in time, but usually I am a few weeks behind when it airs.
11pm-later - I might watch a movie or do some prep work for Monday/Tuesday
