Non smart-phone cellphone that has a good camera

I started doing research on my provider Verizon wireless and also found my awesome Samsung Rouge in a tech junk drawer and the thing has a 3.0 Mp camera. Now it seem difficult to find one like that since resources are given to smart phone development. 1.3 and 2.0 are dominant. You get higher MP phones but there is a trade off like poor design or performance.

Its called Brew MP. It's a heavily stripped down version of Android that doesn't come with the $30 data plan that iOS, Android, and RIM come with (forced on of course). Its an OS for messaging phones like HTC Freestyle and Samsung Reality.

Ehh give or take the provider but the big three (sorry Sprint, your not what you used to be) the $30 is mandatory.
