Soul Calibur IV gets a lot of flack for being the weak entry in what is really an exceptional series of arcadey fighters. It has a lot going for it, no matter what people say.
The King of Fighters XIII is AWESOME. So much of what was wrong with KoF XI and KoF XII has been fixed. It falls just shy of being as good as KoF '98 in my book - and in my book KoF '98 is pretty much the best 2D fighter ever made. I have scant few gripes and they are pretty damn minor (Why is Billy Kane in this game but Shermie isn't!?) and did not get in the way of the fun. I have beaten this game but I am nowhere finished with it.

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
Re: Games Beaten : 2011
All games completed in 2011
Total Completed: 60
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - PC
I found the game really enjoyable and a step up in terms of how well a story can be told when compared to Oblivion. I did find the gameplay a bit repetitive, but I always end up getting bored of open ended games. I finished the main story and as many sidequests and I found interesting, for not I will leave it, but may play it a bit more in the future.
I found how much of a heavy impact having shadows enabled took on my PC a bit of a let down.
I also found the final boss fight a bit of a let down, nothing special, pretty much the same as all the dragon fights before it, just I had 3 people with me, making the fight even easier.

You plan on beating the rest of 'em? Be prepared for some disappointment from the sequel.

NightSky - PC
A really enjoyable indie game, If you enjoyed Limbo you will love NightSky, though I did not get stuck too often, I found the constant change of play mechanics really kept the game fresh.

Don't you mean, "Be prepared for the sequel to blow away the original?"

Raiden isn't as good as Snake, but the story was so much longer/weirder than the first game's! The gameplay was better as well IMO.
At least we can both agree MGS3 is better than either of them, right?

I know I am in the minority, but:
MGS4>MGS1>MGS2>MGS3
