Nightwish's new Imaginarium album and it's epic and awesome! The band keeps evolving

Just listened to Bury Your Dead - Slaughterhouse 5...not sure why they chose to name it that.

I love me some Nightwish. Great hidden gem of a band. They're also making a movie of Imaginarium.Gamerforlife wrote:Nightwish's new Imaginarium album and it's epic and awesome! The band keeps evolving

They're a pretty damn ambitious band. I've heard bands say they want to make music for a movie and Nightwish is actually doing it!BurningDoom wrote:I love me some Nightwish. Here's some interesting comments regarding the movie:
On the story, Holopainen commented: "I wanted to convey a positive message and a sense of carpe diem. The movie is about the joy of being alive and the beauty of the world." For the visuals of the film, he cited the works of Tim Burton, Neil Gaiman and Salvador Dalí as inspirations. Harju described the musical style of Imaginaerum as "a cross between Moulin Rouge! and Pink Floyd's The Wall". The film will heavily feature CGI and other special effects.

The model in the cover looks reminds me of Mila Kunis. Share some links on some of your favorite songs from him.stickem wrote:while listening through tons of indie crap a few months ago trying to find something decent in the horror rap subgenre i came to this dude that was pretty good and listen on the regular.
Not much today except this:

Cappadonna seems to be a big deal to Wu fans in either accept him as the 10th member of Wu-Tang or don't. I figure he should since he did teach U-God how to rap and his apperances on Only Built 4 Cuban Linx... and Ironman are contain more than worthy verses for him to be it but that's all politics. As far as solo, this is the only album I got and I can dig it. It's no masterpiece but it's solid enough to listen to it here and there.
