K' is definately top tier. There is no doubt about that, Even after his nerfs in the console version.

I'd say with full meter, Kula is even stronger due to cancels and EX rayspins(even with nerfs) and her LK pokes are the best in the game now..

Just picked up the game for PS3 with the four disc sound track.

"c'mon! c'mon!"

Okay, I am liking this game but I am despising "Target Action". Is there a way to turn this f**cking thing off? It's really annoying.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Nope. These Target action missions are also in the arcade version so...yeah. Besides, they play a role in the console version in terms of meeting criteria to fight Billy, and Ash Crimson.

Ugh. Leave it to SNK to make a game that is SOOOO close to being perfect just to nerf it on something so minor. The positioning of those missions could only be more obtrusive if it was in the dead center of the screen.

Its not so bad. If it was up during versus then that would be different. Maybe at atlus can eventually patch it to turn it off.

Ouch, GoTigers just handed me my butt. I almost got him the third time we fought but I think by that point he'd deliberately chosen characters he wasn't as familiar with while I stuck with my three mains.

It's obvious that my KoF '98 skills are not helping here. I have the special moves down but there is a huge strategy gap. What's working best for you guys?
