lol my parents just asked me what i wanted for christmas and is said radiant silvergun they said wtf is that so i opened up ebay and picked out a really minty one for $190 complete with spine card and they said ok, so now its in the mail. they also threw in a really nice tshirt http://www.printfection.com/o4th/Radian ... _p_4182067

oh ya for my birthday they bought me a sega genesis modded with s-video

That's super that they did that...but as long as you knew what you were getting and picked it out, you could've saved $60 and bought it on the racket - AND known what you were getting with absolutely no worries.

$40 for the US release of Street Fighter Collectors Edition on the Sega Saturn. Back when I collected actual games for that system. I still have it sitting on the shelf.

LOL I'm trying to imagine what my parents would say/do if I tried asking for an $200 retro game for Christmas. There would be much eye-rolling mixed in with a good helping of "get a job" peppered with a couple of "isn't it time to grow up?"

130€ to import the American collector's edition of LBP2 AND buy the European normal version of LBP2 so all the DLC I've bought (around 80€ spent on LBP DLC) doesn't go to waste.....yeah I like me some LBP.....
