Wonder if it was part of the seaman bundle? Although it doesn't have the seaman emblem on it.

yes, they are US released colors. There was some one on here a while back selling a yellow dreamcast controller. Don't remember who, you'd have to do a search.

I think I have one of these. I believe I got it at Software Etc. when they used to carry dreamcast stuff. I'd have to double check my controllers.
There are two pink Sakura Taisen controllers: one that came with my LE Sakura Taisen Dreamcast and another one that could be bought separately (different design, just had the Sakura Taisen logo on it).
