Richard Scarry's Busytown, for Sega Genesis.

I know this one because my little brother has that game. It sucks, but it's a good first retro game for little kids.

You had a SEGA PICO? In the US? (I don't care that Wikipedia said SEGA officially discontinued it in 2005, that system lasted all of a year didn't it?)
