I play them oldskool on the NES, but I never got MM1. I've tried, ebay, specialty stores, but its always too much or I get outbid at the last second.

Good luck finding it! I'm on the hunt for it myself.
Not every year *stares at Valve* but when HL2 episodes have come out I have started from the beginning again and played through multiple times. Whenever EP 3 finally hits I'll probably start back at HL1 and play all of the expansions and everything the full way through again.

I do the same exact thing. I used to play through all of them more frequently in the past, though. It has been about 2 years since I did all of them.
