I thought this was about the Mac Mini "Cube" computer. The charger should, why not contact the seller with the MODEL NUMBER of your laptop?

No, I have mac mini not a laptop.

No, it will not work. That is a laptop charger. It also depends on which Mac Mini you have. They've been making them for 7+ years.

2005 a1103 model with same dc spec as this charger. So I thought maybe there is a chance that it will work.

I don't have time to look right now, but you'll need to look for a Mac Mini power supply for your specific model.
