yea. I hate that picture. But I want the Arcana Heart 2 stick. No super muscle men on that one.

haha. I like this stick because it feels pretty good, it fits perfectly in the shelf right under my PS3 and I found it on clearance for under $30 brand new. I do'nt love or hate the graphic. I am definitely a SF fan though, so I think it's cool enough.

Yea, I have a customized version that stick. Someone replaced all the buttons + stick and put a MvC3 picture on it. I bought it that way. It's nice enough, but my Hori RAP stick is a bit nicer still. Definitely good to have both around though. Because someday I'll make a new friend that actually likes using arcade sticks. None of the people I hang out with currently like them. Weirdos.

At any rate, I'm sticking with regular MvC3. Ultimate just doesn't have enough characters I'm interested in to spend more $. My wife spent $60 to get me MvC3 half a year ago. Plus the artwork fr the original game is so much better than for Ultimate.

The changes to the existing characters were enough to warrant my purchase. I wanted SO MUCH to play Haggar/Arthur/Felicia in MvC3, but it was suicide. Now, I actually stand a reasonable chance with these characters, even against the Sentinels, the Weskers, the Pheonixs, etc.

Also, the online is actually playable... when it's one on one, anyway. When you are in a full lobby with all of them spectating, it's almost unplayable, but one on one matches are actually fun rather than frustrating.

That's refreshing to hear, I had really bad experiences with connections in the first game that I rarely played. I will pick this up hopefully sooner than later. Are we playing KOF13 this week 7k?

I picked up the Ultimate edition for ps3, justified by buying mvc3 originally preowned for 25 and I had a $25 gc that was found money. So a fair investment for both games. Now I need my Hori stick to arrive.

I'll pick it up soon, but I have to wait a bit. Gotta pick up a Lucky & Wild arcade machine Tuesday, which means I'll need to rent a cargo van, which means I'll be low on cash for a bit. Will probably pick it up on Thursday, though.
