Help me remember/find this fighter!

Yeah I know threads like this are annoying...

Two summers in a row I went to a con and people were playing this fighting game on a PC. It wasn't emulated, it was an actual PC game. Used Logitech game pads for control. All the fighters were loli girls and the controls (especially the jumping) felt kinda slow and floaty. I asked some dude the name of the game. He told me, I forgot about 7 seconds later. Oh yeah, this might be a Japanese only game.

I don't think it was Arcana Heart, I've heard of that series. I don't think the name of this game had any English in the title. I'd like to find it, even though I sucked at it.

There was a fighting game based off the Touhou series, which are usually shmup games.
