has there been an update to block flash cards to play DS games yet? or any bring instances?
Super Mario 3D will come with a firmware update. Presumably that will be one of the things they do.
i see, i meant to type any "bricking" instances. i don't really want to buy games, i just spent $125 on this and 75 on another system.

So the games aren't worth your dollar? Then why do you think you deserve to play them?

Well ign gave it a 9.5 http://ds.ign.com/articles/121/1211974p1.html . I plan on buying it, but after buying Mario Kart 7. Super street fighter 4 3d and Tetris Axis will keep me occupied in the meanwhile :).

The average of the many reviews seems to be that it's a great game, just not up to Galaxy's standards.

I don't see how anyone would expect this to be at galaxy level, I predict that when the next Mario game for 3ds released in the next 3-4 years will be at the level galaxy is.

Has anyone played Tetris Axis? I plan on purchasing it tomorrow, but want to know what is their personal opinion. Superanthony64?

I have it. It's pretty darn good, but from what I hear, it's not much different from Tetris DS.

Though you should buy it so I have someone to play against. :P
