I was thinking of starting the first battle of Chapter 7 but I'm just too tired tonight. I'll play through it in the morning I guess.

Man I'm slacking. I don't know why, but I randomly got sucked into replaying San Andreas ... haha.

One chapter in and I'm pretty much hooked. My only complaint about the game though, albiet a small one, is that moving items around to make room for new ones can be very, very cumbersome. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but if this game weren't so addicting I would pull my hair out everytime I come across a treasure chest.

ya, thats fixed in SF2 and in the GBA remake. It is a really annoying part of the original though

yeah I agree big time. It's like Max can really only carry 3 items at a time or else you can't look in a chest. Pain in the ass.

I beat the GBA version some years back. Might have to pop Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection in my 360 while switching back and forth between this and Fallout 3.

Welcome to the forum!

I agree, it's annoying, it's painful, but the game's too good to let that stop me.

You know, at first I found the game relaxing, now I find the battles very tense. I get this One wrong move and you fuck everything up feeling now. Especially on the boss battles.

Chapter 5 -- whoo hoo. Didn't take me long to catch back up to where I had left off. And I'm also grinding way more this time around, which is awesome. Most of my characters are level 11-14 at this point.

Late starting... just caught this randomly yesterday, and made my way through chapter 1 on the 360 Sonic Ultimate Genesis Collection version last night.

Love it.

Definitely not liking the item trading bit, will try to find the GBA version once I've finished this copy.

Thanks so much everyone for participating. This game has been on my backlog list for years, and really appreciate the extra push to get started.
