PSOne Classics Issue

Post by TheSSNintendo »

Last weekend, I bought a Playstation 3, and downloaded some PSOne Classics onto my system. I signed myself up on a new PSN account (didn't like the screen name of my old one), and when I tried to play one of the games I had downloaded, I get a message saying "This content can be used if you renew the license in Playstation Store". Does this mean I have to re-buy the game, and there's no other way around it?

If you made your new account, kept the games, but not the old account on the system then you'd have to rebuy it. If you have both accounts still on the system (and have registered this PS3) you shouldn't need too rebuy it.

I think you can just log back into the PS-Store on which you purchased it, using the account you used to purchase it.
OK i called up play station becuz i am having the same problem and they said that they would deactivate your account from games on pss(play tation store) then after fifteen minutes or so you have to reactivate it and then redownload everything. Bu to do this you have to delete all the games first. To redownload them you go into Account Management then to Transaction Management then into download list then choose the ones you want to redownload
