Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
A little birdie alerted me to a retro-gamers classic piece of machinery.
The Samsung GXE Gamer's TV (often used as store-display consoles due to light weight, protectable screen, and stock swivel stand). In box, all orginal packaging, instructions and remote.

This picture is w/an RF connection! (supports composite as well)

And check out those doors, err, I mean 21 Watt Speakers with rooftop subwoofer, holy crap this thing can put out sound. Totally Fetch!

It's a 13" screen - your not going to notice the upgrade, particularly on retro systems.vlame wrote:now mod it for component/s-video.
The thing can be seen crisply from 30'+ away and heard from Addis Ababa. It stays as is.

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
I remember those GXE TVs. I wanted one way back when they were new.
I picked up a few Genesis games with cases but no manuals today:
Shining Force for $8
Streets of Rage 3 for $8
Sagaia for $3
Not dirt cheap, but definitely good deals! I'm slowly rebuilding the collection I used to have... slowly...
Also a cart of Tecmo World Wrestling for $1. I totally dig that game, so I'm glad to have a copy again.

^^$60, "local pickup", we met halfway - bout 70 mins on the road for each of us, w/gas, prob $75 or so. Essentially new condition, all original sytrofoam, baggies, very minor wear to the box. The TV itself is immaculate and no sound / screen issues - almost dare I say, "new in open box".

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
Man, that Gamer's tv is sweet.
So, I got this in the mail yesterday:

Everything was super complete, including the first print hint booklet for Ibara, and all pamphlets and inserts, which I was not expecting. As a bonus, the seller threw in a Mushi flyer that I plan on framing.
Ran me a grand total of $505 shipped from Japan.
Anyone who knows me can imagine how happy I am
