'alternative rap'... I know what yr getting at, just giving you a hard time.

"I wanted to rap like Common Sense / I made a mil and I ain't rapped like Common since."

I wasn't a huge fan of Del's first album, but No Need For Alarm is amazing. I love the record. "Catch A Bad One" is one of my favorite tracks by him. You should get his Best Of Elektra compilation too. It has tons of great b-sides like the "Wrong Place" remix and his track with Dinosaur Jr. from Judgement Night.

i've d'led some of his other albums and lyrically he's still good. i don't dig most of his beats. and that's too bad cause he's really underated. and i know the judgement night cd in and out. i played the shit out of it when it was released and still do. rapcore is something i love. just hard to find anything decent.

I hate when relatively young people die and no explanation is given. I'm 35, so I want to know if people around my age are dying randomly or did they do something to cause it! It makes me wonder if in a few years I will just randomly die outside of my apartment.

^that looks good. Admittedly, the only kind of books I read for pleasure in the last few years are either video game history etc books, or music biographies/historical studies.

Good point. Heavy D wanted to die. Don't believe it? He was fat. That shows you that he didn't care about his health. I know it sounds very harsh for someone to say this, but it's the truth.

Not trying to be an asshole here. I think it's terrible for people to not care about their health. This is a very sad story. However, if someone purposely chooses to be unhealthy and die young, I think that's perfectly acceptable. They should be able to die young if they want to. You should be able to decide how you want to take care of your own body.

Once again, you have a lot to say... but no idea what you're talking about.
