97. Solatorobo: Red The Hunter

One of the most artistically beautiful games on DS I've ever seen, this action-rpg has a lot of heart to it, a memorable cast, great music, and nice graphics for ds. It's a spiritual follow-up to Tail Concerto and I think it's one of the ds's best end-of-life games.

Umihara Kawase Shun Second Edition Kanzenban


One of the best Japanese imports that doesn't need any understanding of Japanese to enjoy.
Umihara Kawase DS is a remake/port of the Super Famicom games of the same name. You play as a 19 year old schoolgirl with a rubbery fishing line that is used as a grappling hook. The game is mostly a physics based puzzle game that has similarities to Bionic Commando, but you can actually jump as well.

The game was also ported to the PSP, but the DS build lacks the loadtimes slowdown and random glitches found in the PSP one.





And remember, touching is good.

Wish I had bought this when it was cheaper. Art style is amazing and I'm sure it can't be as bad as the SNES Wizard of Oz.
