What are you listening to at the present? (genres helpful)

I've heard *some* Voivoid. I don't remember really liking it. But I don't remember hating it either. I know (forgot his name?) was really into weird chords -- inverted power chords and stuff like that. SO yeah it's interesting to me. But metal in general is really low on my personal list of things my ears enjoy.

I've been seeing a lot of bands that are taking this "post-Black metal" approach and I enjoy it a ton. It's like skramz meets metal. I like the huge wall of shrieking chords with the vocals kind of taking a back seat.
