I fixed it and are allowed to keep it for a week or so before i have to send it back, so in the meantime, i ordered RE-volt already, and looking for more games

Well, i live in Holland (PAL land) i presume you got a NTSC model, so that aint going to work

Quite hard to find, a few every 4 months or so

Also: what's a good price for a mildly yellowed Dreamcast with 2 controllers, wires, and a VMU?

I guess it depends on where you're getting it from. $40 maybe? Like I said, I have a console only, NTSC...
