Personal Collection Goals

I'd like to round out my PS1 RPG collection. Just need a few more for the games I care about, so Star Ocean II and Front Mission 3 and a few others. Otherwise I just look for games that have personal value, nostalgia and whatnot, mostly games I once owned but got rid of over the years. This includes the two aforementioned RPGs, a bunch of N64 games, NES games and whatnot.

I'd like to get a famicom or a decent other method for playing famicom games, then I want to pick up a few imports, and even if it's mostly unplayable I really want the stupid Takeshi Kitano game.

Senseiman has a copy of it in his trade pile. I considered it as well, but opted to just grab some others.

1.) Finish my MVS collection of the games I want. All I'm missing is Shock Troopers and possibly Samurai Shodown V special if I'm ambitious.
2.) Either a Cave or Atlus game collection.
3.) PS3/SNES/Saturn games that I'm interested in.

My goal for 2011 is to sell about 90% of my game collection. And by last count I'm at around 1200+ games. I'm going to keep my entire Saturn, SCD, and GC collection. I'm also keeping all my special editions games and systems. But all back up systems and accessories are going.

I think there's only a few...I have NES Open and NES Golf myself, I think there's a Jack Nicklaus game and maybe a one or two others?

1) I want to get every survival horror released in US/Canada for PS1 CIB
2) Get every survival horror released in US/Canada for PS2 CIB
3) Get Every SNES RPG released in US/Canada

I don't know if i will ever pull this off, but it'd be pretty sweet to have all this in my collection.

The other goal, which is getting to be very doable, is a four player lan cockpit setup in my house for Mechwarrior, Descent, and Dogfighter.

That would kick soooo much ass. If this ever comes to fruition, can I come over?

Anyway, my personal collection goal is to end up in a stable enough environment where I can return to collecting, as I've had to take a hiatus for over a year now. But I'm starting to get interviews lined up, so hopefully this will occur sometime in the next few months, which means 2012 might be a good year for me.
