I can wholeheartedly agree to all the prior suggestions. Some I haven't seen listed yet are Alien Storm, Alien Soldier (though a physical copy is extremely rare), Kid Chameleon, Animaniacs (much better than the SNES game IMO), Comix Zone, Road Rash II, Zoop, Gaires, Jurassic Park: Rampage Edition (Badass name for a video game if I ever saw one), Flicky, and Puggsy.

It was mentioned before, but Ranger X needs way more recognition. It's a technical marvel in a lot of ways.

I find Alien Storm to be much better than Golden Axe. I remember picking it up at a thrift store wondering why the heck the guy on the box was shooting the mail box instead of the alien right next to it. Then I played it and was like "OH, it's a mail box alien". The running sections had me in hysterics the first time I played. One minute you're fighting some giant big-nose alien mutant and the next HOLY CRAP HOW AM I EVEN RUNNING THIS FAST OH SHIT I JUST JUMPED A HUNDRED FOOT GAP AWESOME BEST GAME OF ALL TIME.

YES!!!

Too bad Monster World V never made it out of Japan. I love that game.

And the El Viento spin off, Earnest Evans. It was weird to control him, but the game was fun

I was thinking of mentioning Flashback, although I think that's one game like The Lost Vikings that's much better played on the SNES for more button access. Those games definitely benefit from it. Maybe they make use of the 6 button Saturn or Superpad, but who knows.

A very cool game. I hired it once as a kid and found a cheapish copy in a pawn shop several years back. Its actually one of the most hideous looking games in my collection though. Ex-rental, the instructions are laminated and attached to the inside of the box with 2 key rings. The top of the label on the cart is totally torn away, the box is, im pretty sure, just a vhs tape box. It sits in my 'video game purgatory' on my bottom shelf. One of these days I'll upgrade. But, I digress, great game, when it switched from beat 'em up to first person target shooter it blew me away as a kid. Such style and diversity!
