What Samurai Shodown Characters Are You Using?

Is it this one that has Hanzo (a ninja)? I used to play with Hanzo, mostly (because Ninjas are cool? Probably because I used to love Sub-Zero in MK1 and MK2).

I've always played as Hanzo. I absolutely loved throwing the shuriken then teleporting behind my opponent, making them choose between me or the projectile. Hanzo's only downside was a complete lack of range, so I've always had to play real aggressive.

I've been mixing it up a bit depending on my mood in order to get a better feel for the game.
I've mainly been playing with Haohmaru, Nakoruru, Galford, and Hanzo

I love how different the characters are and how much personality they have. It definitely gives SF2 a run for its money and puts most of SNKs other early fighters to shame in terms of characters.

I've tried out a few different fighters but my favorite has got to be Charlotte. I like the fencing style she uses.

My favorite character is Charlotte and back in high school she was my best character. My second fave (and second best) was Wan-Fu. If you learn to use his leap attacks well you can really fuck people up, especially other human opponents. I also like Haomaru, Galford, and Jubei, but I'm not as good with them. I used to be able to play at least a decent game with any character in the game, even Tam Tam and Earthquake. I just loved this game and played the hell out of it.

Before always used Haohmaru but then after switching to Galford think he's better more fun to play with.

Basara, Yoshitora and Enja are my absolute favorites. Although I'm known to play as Ukyo, Jubei and Haohmaru
as well.

Gen-An is my main. I love his quickness and ability to play a hit and run style.
IMHO, SNK's decision to drop him from the series after II was their worst move.
I lost interest in the series after II because of him not being in it anymore, but SS VI has brought me back because of his return.

The last SS I played was SSV (XBox), and I was using Yun Fei. He's such an excellent design, and his moves are very unique.

I still play my SSIV (Saturn port) alot. Kazuki is my main character.

I always use Nakoruru, because she's very fast, and can attack often. My fighting game strategy is to do incremental damage as often as possible [i.e attacks that damage enemies for long periods of time rather than more damage all at once] so they have less time to attack, and I more time to position for the next attack.
