Oh oh oh! I've been wanting a GTA game for a while, but now that I know this is coming out I'm going to wait. 2 Questions though: Licesened Cars? and is the crazy wacky, realistic, or a mix of both?

Also the cop should have made him stop again for driving off without putting his seat belt on.

I figure it would follow GTA 4's style but I have no clue honestly. If you want craziness then Saints Row The Third is the game.

Blue shirt kid in the middle seems like he's being brought up right. The last pair were a little snarky, but also just mad and fighting back a bit which is fair. The rest of those kids seemed a little spoiled though to be that upset over something that fleeting.

I remember being tricked out of something for several minutes by my grandfather when I was maybe 6 and being a little upset, but I don't remember reacting that much.
