Judge William Adams is a child abuser

It's picking up steam on the internet. Google news shows that it's being reported in many major news outlets: SF Chronicles, Forbes, etc.

This afternoon Judge Adams responded to the video, saying: 'It happened years ago.. I apologized. It's not as bad as it looks on tape.'
As a result of the furore, the video was being examined by the District Attorney and previous controversial judgements Judge Adams made in cases involving children have come to light.

Calls to Judge Adams' office in Texas went unanswered. However his senior colleague County Judge C.H. 'Burts' Mills told MailOnline that Judge Adams was not currently at work and had not presided over any trials this week.
Judge Mills said he had seen the video footage and had 'no comment' to make on the film but that it had been turned over to the District Attorney and was being 'reviewed'.
The police department confirmed it would be making an announcement shortly.
In a court judgement last October, Judge Adams said that a child's statements 'amounted to no evidence' despite the fact his words had been confirmed by third party witnesses and recorded on video several times. The young person had also been interviewed by a child psychologist who believed the child.
According to Judge William Adams, all children are 'fantasizers' and their testimony should just be ignored.
The girl in the video is said to have suffered from ataxic cerebral palsy from birth. The condition causes problems including difficulty with balance, shaky movements of hands or feet, and difficulty with speech.

Judge William Adams spoke to reporter Andy Liscano, admitting it was him in the video, but says "it's not as bad as it seems" and said he apologized to his daughter for the incident.

It may be hard to watch, but of course it isn't abuse to watch the video. The victim of the abuse, having already reached the age of majority, made a decision to upload the video.

I've been in some pretty nasty fist fights after confronting men to either watch their language around women or to not grab.push them This goes beyond that. This punk is cursing at his daughter and hitting her while his wife approves of it. It's sickening.

Throw the book at him, and I hope he goes to jail to meet some inmates that he "judged" as threats to society.

I'm with Luke here. Now, my parents still physically punsih me, and I'm 16. They never stopped. As I've grown, I've become bigger than my Dad. I was drinking one night, underage, AND I drove home. He whooped me a little when I got sober, but this is to far. I don't mind him being rougher than usual, because that has been the worse thing I've done in a while, and I am bigger than him.

Plus, Texas law states he can do anything within his power that does not leave a mark, or causes internal injury. (There are other applications to the law, but I know he has never done anything abusive in the eyes of the State or me.)

If you watch the video, you will think that he shouldn't even be allowed to live. He is the type of person who is total fucking scum. I can't even think of the right words to describe him.
