I need help identifying this gameboy edition

I havent been able to find this anywhere on the internet. Can anyone at least tell me what the theme is depicting around the screen?

actually now that I'm thinking about it, I'm fairly certain that was just like a sticker that came in a magazine or something. I feel like I remember various ones like that.

I dont think so. I know it's not a sticker, it's under the screen..it was the first thing I checked. lol

It looks familiar though. Do you think someone would lift the screen off and place it under it somehow?

It has to be some sort of replacement screen or sticker. There's no branding on it and the artwork is too generic and it isn't good enough to be Nintendo themed GB release. Possibly another thing like these in this thread.

Yeah, I'd just like to confirm it because it really doesnt look like someone did it themselves..but I've seen worst GB themes haha XD

Concur with others, a replacement screen with sticker. The sticker is not even perfectly centered, Google the model number. If it was released by Nintendo likely would have a unique number.

Yes, I did that but I wasn't sure if all the different colors had different model numbers because I got a mixture of all colors. Is the screen built to be able to have the space to slide under it..I've never taken one apart but kinda want to now lol.
