Yep they are official, I bought one of the Virtua Figher ones from the Uniglo in Oxford Street and it comes with Sega tags and a bit about Yu Suzuki.

And the King Of Games is endorsed by Nintendo and now Sega in Japan.

I think these are much better than the tacky '1up' 'home schooled' etc Mario designs you see in blockbuster etc.
