Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Very cool. I just saw one of those in the game room of a local indoor soccer/sports facility last weekend and had to do a double take and check it out. The machine was beat to hell, and being there on business I had a big enough cart and trailer to briefly flirt with the idea of discreetly giving it a better home, but that was just a fantasy.

Re: Video Game "Finds of the Day"
Ok so I am like half way thru kung fu heroes today on the NES. My system freezes. So I play some jackal it freezes to. I just recently replaced the 72. It doesnt blink when I try to start a game, but it does remain on and stuck in this light blue screen sometims. And sometimes when I am playing my games the actual game is sometimes ubscure and the out of its designatedplace.the picture is kinda out of wack when I play games at some times. I know the CIC chip will prevent the blinking action and will immediately play the game first try (usually) but I dont think that is the problem. Is it possible my nes is overheating or just worn the f*ck out? yes I clean all my games (windex/qtips)
BTW:
Knight Shade (nes)
Kung Fu Heroes (nes)
Tecmo Bowl (nes)
5 bucks from a jank ass yard sale. I am talking in the ghetto of the ghetto in a box filled with old ass shoes lol.

Yep - my preferred platform for Sega arcade ports. I've been looking for this game ever since Beach Spikers rocked my world.Weekend_Warrior wrote:What system - Gamecube?Flake wrote:Like new, CIB copy of Sega Soccer Slam at Gamestop for $3.99.

Sega Soccer Slam's pretty fun. Grabbed my copy at a flea market a while back.
In my daily allotment of "wat" yesterday though, I found a copy of Shenmue in a bin at a nearby Wal-Mart. $24.
