Lol - I think I played my best game with you as Walton. We need to do more coop against random teams. Servers seem to be more stable now. Be cool if they did a tournament.sevin0seven wrote:i see how it is.retrosportsgamer wrote:Mjmjr25 = bringing it

I played awful in our Lakers game - including mistiming the last three and taking off too early. Glad you switched to Odom, Magic not great as a shooter.mjmjr25 wrote:Good matches, guys, lets keep it up.
BTW, Bill Walton...my wife says, "Oh wow, you can design your own character! That's you!"

That game (Lakers v Clippers) was like an NBA game! That might've been the most fun i've had yet.retrosportsgamer wrote:I played awful in our Lakers game - including mistiming the last three and taking off too early. We got down at the start of the first qtr. - then made a mini-run to down like 5 in the middle of the second, then they went on their own run and we were down around 13 or so at halftime. Then we made the "substitution" and started out w/a make, then 3 straight steals and buckets and boom, down 5 - that was crazy fun, then we were just hovering around down 4-8 the rest of the game, a last minute run and just couldn't hit our 3's.

^we sure had a lot of fun last night. that's the last time i'm going to do a 5 min per quarter. that was just an experiment and it was too damn long.
the game i enjoyed the most was the first one. really close game. too bad i missed about a minute of the third quarter because i had to go help load the groceries.
also ZenErik seems to be the best three pointer maker in our group.

I wouldn't say best. I would just say that I try for too many threes. I should just stick to playing as big guys.

Your Chris Paul got really hot - you had it down really good w/him.
So - we playing for an hour or so tonight? 8pm Est?

I'll probably be around!
I actually only picked CP3 because of his steal rating. I didn't look at much else.

I picked that squad so Erik could play as Paul - given his 3pt accumen. I normally play as Paul/Mourning when I play randomly online. When we got down, I pretty much went into screen mode, trying to clear out room for him to shoot. I rebounded terribly though. I must be jumping too early.mjmjr25 wrote:Your Chris Paul got really hot - you had it down really good w/him.

I liked the first game with Stockton/Malone a lot. I shadowed sevin early and Stockton tore it up. Then we rode Malone down the stretch to secure the win. Was a lot of fun.
