Other games I've been watching are: Sin and Punishment 2, Lost in Shadow, Castle Shikigami III, Sakura Wars (PS2 or Wii).

Earlier ATLUS maybe. Later ATLUS, when they started cranking more titles per year, less so?

And those other games you've listed were high-profile niche titles; probably have more overstock than I can imagine.

Nah they're uncommon. They are rare enough to be expensive in the future IMO.

And about Atlus I meant the older titles.

Also, Dawn of Discovery.

Solatorobo looks really interesting. I might have to throw that onto my Christmas list.

Not rare, but probably expensive. One of those hidden gems right now and people will find out soon enough.

Nibbler (marathon): 251,169,160 / Nibbler (one life): 5,263,360 (WR)
Donkey Kong: 423,100 [L12-1] (150th place as of 2019-01-15)
Super Smash Bros. (N64): Ranked top 5 in Wisconsin from Q1 2016 to Q2 2017
Shrek SuperSlam: won largest tournament in game's history (Shrekfest 2018)

Wait how does a Hidden Gem become discovered and upped in price? Are there any examples? Because i was thinking about buying Zack and Wiki soon and Little Kings Story as well. Also, will Monster Hunter Tri with the Classic Controller Pro Sealed be worth a bit in the future? And did any other games that were cult hits go up very high in price after a while?

(Sorry for all the questions im just new here and dont know as much as other people).

Speaking of Atlus do you think Catherine and Devil Survivor Overclocked will become expensive in the future?

If, after the game stops production, people find out about it, then demand rises, but the supply is constant. Therefore, the game rises in price.

Some such games include Shantae and Earthbound.

Catherine special edition has that massive oversized box. Such things are terrible difficult to keep in top shape for long. You'll surely find people willing to pay insane amounts just to avoid frayed corners or whatever.

Catherine...probably not extremely so. VGChartz's numbers have it at well over 200k copies between platforms. It was Atlus's most successful launch ever, with 78k sold in the first week. Meaning there were probably more sold in the first week than things like Snatcher sold in the U.S. at all.
Collector's Edition may be a different story, but it's still readily available online from what I can tell.

Devil Survivor Overclocked seems to have potential to be though - only listed as like 20,000 copies sold.

It doesn't seem to me Gamestop is too inclined to show Devil Survivor Overclocked on the display shelf. I ended up getting a true non-gutted one from behind the counter.
