I recently bought a used copy of Super Monkey Ball 2 for GameCube. The box and manual had were nearly mint so I didn't mind that the disc had some scratches and white spots. I thought I could remove them with alcohol but no luck. Any ideas?
Thanks everyone...

If neither water or alcohol take it off, maybe only a polishing will do.

Any home polishing solutions you guys suggest? Don't have a place with one of those machines near.
Thanks everyone...

If it still reads fine and it doesn't come off by normal means, I'd just ignore it.

Indeed. If it's really bothersome just keep an eye out for a place that will polish it for you while out and about but otherwise leave it since it is working.
