I used to stack 'm like this :

But now the black boxes are vertical and the Cave boxes on top of that horizontal .
Even stacked like that there is hardly any stress on the boards , the boxes are light but sturdy and carry weight on the sides and the boards are laying deep in the Foam .
Cave boxes have cardboard innards to protect the PCB .

Not too shabby, but I don't think I saw Einhander in there...Maybe it was the Japanese version, so I didn't recognize it? What about M.U.S.H.A. for the Mega Drive?

I think theres enough there that we don't need to point out a few random games that Casey may not own. Besides, MUSHA is probably the easiest / most over-rated shmup from the 90's. Everyone knows this.

Alright, I was being a bit of a wise ass. Couldn't help it, since that collection is so insanely awesome and makes me jealous. Well done, Casey.

Want to find a rare one then go for Recca on the Nes , it's Shinobu Yagawa's first shmup and there are two right now on sale on ebay :!:

Everytime I put this game in, I just end up listening to the music.

But... The music is pretty badass.

So Casey, what is your favorite shooter?

And if we are pointing out rare/expensive stuff, my vote goes for Mushihimesama 1.5 ;)

Ahh yes the Mushi 1.5 matsuri version !

My favourite shmup is probably between Futari , Ibara and Garegga , hard to choose one
