You can play the FIFA 2012 demo by using cloud technology. It's actually something a bit separate from youtube, but you load it up through the game's youtube page.

I don't care much about sports games, but I'm interested in the tech that runs this demo. Unfortunately, my PC's processor is apparently too slow to try it myself... which kind of kills the point of cloud gaming in my eyes, which is to play games without needing a higher end machine. Certainly my laptop is old, but I can still play a lot of games from just a few years ago as well as some new releases.
Play the FIFA 2012 demo... in YouTube!?!

Pretty cool, reminds me of all the stuff about the Unreal3 engine running in a browser recently.J T wrote:You can play the FIFA 2012 demo by using cloud technology. It's actually something a bit separate from youtube, but you load it up through the game's youtube page.

Didn't seem to load up for me. Maybe it's locked out of my territory?

It's US-only for the moment.

Meh... At least I played the regular FIFA 12 demo, installed and everything. It's a fine game.
