THIS will hold me off for the longest time. Or at least till tuesday when Population Control and Violence Begets Violence come out. Also, Freddie Gibbs Cold Day in Hell mixtape FINALLY comes out on Halloween. The rest of the year looks pretty good for upcoming releases in the Rap genre.

is this Cam'ron's new project?

y'know, it's weird. I never really did for years. And then I sort of recently decided that I love him. Something about turning 30 I guess. Haha.

I think there's something where the older you get, the more you like him. In my current opinion, he is not great, and was downright awful at the Super Bowl a couple years ago (though I'm sure others will agree with me on that).

It's a shame, I really want to like him, being a huge rock fan. But...dat voice. Ugh.

I think I've just paid more attention to his lyrics as I've gotten older. Like "Dancing In The Dark"... is that the saddest song ever or what?

yeah same here to be honest, when I was young I was into punk etc. and if you had told me I would EVER go to a Springsteen concert I'da been like 'YEAH RIGHT!' o_O, I suppose also I (like Ronnie Reagan) misinterpreted Born In The USA entirely, and thought it was 'for the man' or something (lol). now I realise the utter amaze of his lyrics and I suppose also as you get older you lament more maybe -

No, its a 2004 release from this group that consisted of Roc-Marciano, Dino Brave, Mike Raw, Laku. Most of them are unknowns but Roc Marciano is recently getting some hype since his release of Marcberg (Album of the Year for me for 2010) and I've been lurking around for some more of stuff from the guy and found this. It's really something great to hear. Also, some production is done by Large Professor and Pete Rock which is always welcomed.

Edit:Golden Grail is a great song
