If you want to watch TV, either old or new, don't struggle with ad-laden streaming services or youtube. Use bittorrent and hit up http://eztv.it at the very least.
I personally have a $9/month usenet account that I use to download the few shows that I watch. The retention time spans over three years, so you can find virtually any TV show you could imagine watching.

I tend to download usually myself, though it's kind of nice to have some good reliable streaming options sometimes.

Ads are annoying, but you deal with a lot less than you would watching a program on tv. What matters a lot to me with streaming videos is quality. I love that I can watch Veronica Mars full screen on my laptop from thewb's website and have no playback issues
Youtube is great for animated DC stuff. Sometimes if you hit it up as soon as a new animated feature comes out, you can watch it before they take it down. There's few ads on youtube
I also find pro wrestling episodes on youtube after they've aired by searching the name of the show following by the date

That's what I've been doing for the past few weeks with Raw, heh. Only problem is I swear a lot of constant streaming jacks with my wireless sometimes or something. It just seems like whenever it's time to youtube Raw or something, my wireless goes to crap. Kind of a quality buff myself too so yeah, that's usually why I tend to prefer downloading, since some streams aren't that great sometimes. I never watch anime streamed.

1:37AM. Gonna play some Gran Turismo 5. Probably finish up the Laguna Seca 200 mile endurance run with my R35 GT-R! I am probably the only person who pits every 5 laps because I just eat through those soft tires.

Is Half Life 2 scary enough to qualify for dsheinem's October horror thread? Think I'm going to start this up tonight. Castlevania 64 just wasn't doing it for me.

Castlevania 64 didn't fail you; you failed Castlevania 64.

HL2 is fine given the heavy zombie component!

Not really scary but creepy enough in some parts. Best zombie screams.
Have you never played it? You're in for a treat.
