You can play Neo Bomberman on Supercade.

Certainly it's very different from the rest of the series, but I never understood the hate. It's a really fun game. I feel like Racket wanted to do this game to kind of force some of ya'll with misconceptions to play it with open minds. Or perhaps force some of you who played it YEARS ago and didn't like it to give it another fair shot.
I think it's far superior to the original SMB. While I love SMB3, DDP really is a great and innovative Nintendo platformer.

answered my own question. Turns out it's sadly yes and no. Bleem!cast will actually boot up DDP no problem. It looks not-quite perfect, but certainly playable. The problem is that once you get to the title screen, the DC stops recognizing the controller. So all you can do is watch the attract mode. You can't actually start the game.

PSX adapter?
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
I thought of that too. Maybe I'll try that. It's weird. When the game boots there's actually a menu or something (it's in Japanese) but it tells you to hit B button, which I do and it reads that and goes to the title screen. So it's like it works, but then it doesn't.
CFFJR wrote:You might take a screenshot of that menu and post it here.
Maybe Breetai or someone else who can read japanese can tell what it actually says. It might help.
I'm pretty sure it's just the thing saying like "no memory card found" or whatever. Then I hit B (or the equivalent button on the DC controller) and it takes me to the Crave splash screen, then the title screen and all the sudden the controller doesn't do anything.
Sorry you're having difficulties man. It sure is weird that you can boot it but not play it though.
yeah it is really weird. It would be one thing if I couldn't get past that first screen. But it's weird that the button press is detected there. But then nothing at the title screen. HOWEVER, I do have one hunch: the title screen says "INSERT CREDIT." What I'm wondering is whatever button is used to insert credit on the PS1 controller, perhaps that button is not mapped to the DC controller. Select maybe?
possible cause not having a select button,Have you tried pressing all buttons at the same time?Thats what I did to figure out how to save on castlevania on a gba player.**note not a professional by any means **
If you can see the future while remembering the past, you may just have control of the present.
