North East/NYC RB Meetup: Any Interest?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

I really appreciate the invite but I can't make it to this. However, if you are planning on doing more of these certainly let me know in advance so I can plan for it and save. Seriously, if I hadn't just started a new job I'd be all over this but... Asking for time off less than a month after I start doesn't feel right. Not to mention my savings are uncomfortably close to not haha.

Nintendo World Store: noon
8 Bit and Up/Video Games New York: 1:30pm
Barcade: 3/4pm
Console gaming: 6pm

Should we go earlier, later? I know people still might have places to be, things to do on the following morning, so really it's up to you all. :D

I should be able to make it out to Barcade that day. It's a fun place with an interesting beer selection. But afterwards I gotta jet to a show that night

The days are getting closer, and I still might be able to make it! I'll have to pull a favor from a coworker I'm covering to go to NYCC, but that's not too bad.

Hey everyone, time is drawing near! What is everyone's status? Is the time proposed fine? Should we push the bar later? Anyone actually want to go to Nintendo World Store?

I was just reminded of an important family event I have to go to on that day :\

I'm going to have to do the next one.

Gentlemen,

I am sorry to inform you that something has come up and I can't make it. I have to be somewhere at dead noon on Saturday. I will be at the next one no matter what though. I really wanted to hit up 8 bit and barcade so hopefully we can do another future trip to these places.

Peace,

RetroScott

To Retro Scott and saturnfan, I'm sure we'll have another one sooner or later, and maybe a large regional one in the spring.

Question though: who all still plans on coming?
