No. What we are talking about here is #4 (since that's closest to "opinion") , which doesn't imply persuasion is intended or that there's an argument between parties going on. All the definitions include persuasion, debating, arguing and the like. Simply saying "I don't like RTS games" isn't an argument because there's no arguing. It's simple an statement or observation.
