Whoa, I didn't know about that. Might be a good option for me to put Netflix in the living room.

By the way, it must be a very recent thing. Netflix arrived in the country last month or so. It's quite cheap (about 7 dollars a month), but it really doesn't have a great selection yet. I was disappointed with the quality too.

Anyway, just a little correction to the article - Brazil is not a PAL country. Our official standard is "PAL-M", which is actually more similar to NTSC than to PAL. In regular TV sets, NTSC is displayed without colors (I think the color carrier is different), while PAL is completely incompatible. It was a stupid nationalistic decision made by the military dictatorship to have this "national standard".

The good part is that, as a result, our TV sets nowadays mostly support either PAL or NTSC without much hassle.
